We spent the afternoon and evening with friends yesterday but today we tackled leftovers with a vengeance!
In the late afternoon we decided it was time for a pizza party to use up lots of goodies in the fridge.
The cutting board from the old cabinet worked great to roll out the dough.

Baking pizza ( or anything) in the wood stove is an interesting adventure. The temperature changes quickly depending on the amount and type of wood, the position of the wood, the weather and any number of other reasons. You have to check things frequently and turn them as the back end is much hotter than the front end, which can reach 250-300 degrees C.....
The leftover pizza dough became bread sticks, sprinkled the dough with oil, herbs and a bit of cheese and baked until brown.
This afternoon I finished my second amigurumi doll ; ) this one a blond.
